People who know me well know that I'm a pagan and have been for a long time.

This sometimes surprises people because I think I'm such a social chameleon folks assume that I think whatever they think.

But, no, I'm actually pretty religious I just don't talk about it often.

I have a friend who is an older pagan/witch and her circle is doing a ritual for Imbolc and I've been invited. I attended their Beltane ritual last year and it was such a good, sustaining, experience that helped keep me going through how hard the past year has been.

Tor is at work all day. Carolyn is actually going out with a friend to do bird watching for Weird Duck Time. A truly important time of year to be in the bird fandom.

So I have an odd amount of time to myself today, which is part of why I'm sitting down and writing this.

That and the fact that I don't want to spend much time on the internet unproductively today. I'm trying really hard, lately, to spend less time online. Doom scrolling is an evil for us all and it's so easy to do.
